OUTGOING ERASMUS STUDENTS

Recruitment process

Leaving for studies

  • Submit online applications and required documents: March 15th
  • Foreign language exams: March 30th
  • Interviews with the appropriate Qualifications Team: April 15th
  • Announcement of the results of the qualification procedure: April 20th
  • Organizational meeting with students qualified for foreign studies: April 25th 
  • Submission of documents necessary to carry out studies abroad: May 10th 

Leaving for internship

  • Submit online applications and required documents: November 30th 
  • Foreign language exams: December 15th
  • Interviews with the Recruitment Team: January 15th
  • Announcement of the results of the qualification procedure: January 20th
  • Meeting with students qualified for internships: January 25th
  • Submitting documents necessary to carry out internships under the Erasmus+ Program: February 10th 
Qualifications and Pointing system

In order to qualify for the Erasmus program, you need to fulfill a number of criteria, and collect points with the recruitment commission:

  • be at least a second year student
  • have a minimum grade of 3.0
  • have the language requirements for the country in question
  • have all required documents and credentials

Pointing system:

  • points for average grade throughout yours studies
  • points from language exam conducted by the university **
  • activity in SKNs
  • publishing a paper
  • presenting at a conference
  • internships in foreign countries (not Poland)
  • participating in Erasmus program at home university

*: English; or in case of Germany + Austria – German; in case of France – French.
**: mother tongue students are not required to take the language exam
